The clinic is closed from 6th-12th August. Please note orders will not be shipped until 12th August at the earliest.
Returns
UK customers – Kindly return items via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International customers – We can provide a prepaid returns label; if used, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
Limited‑edition styles – Because of their rarity, we cannot accept returns for pieces from the Jacques Marie Mage Last Frontier or Decade collections.
Returns come with a £15 restocking fee per item
